If you pay $12.50 extra for the item, you can return/exchange that item without paying the restocking fee of $35.00. This is a smart option for those people that are not sure if they want to return/exchange the item later. If you don't like your wig for any reason, we will accept your return/exchange for free of charge if the item has insurance on it.

We cannot accept items that are not in the original condition. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, not combed out. Also, all tags and packaging must be attached and included. We do not offer refunds. We do, however, offer exchanges or company credit. One time exchange per item and online credit only, no exceptions.
*International customers can not buy insurance.

Finding a color match for you is easy with us. Send us a hair sample and we will determine the closest color match for your hair. Please, remember, that many people naturally have differences in hair color depending on where the hair is located on the head, example on top close to the crown or underneath at the neck, and we are matching the color based upon what is submitted to us.

What to do if I keep getting AVS/Address Mismatch error during card transaction? TOP

If for some reason, you keep getting an AVS Mismatch error during your card transaction, here are some other methods that you can try during your checkout process.

Case: P.O.Box 123
Try -> 123 P.O.Box
Reason: Some banks have their credit card authorization system set up in a way that they do not verify any address that does not start with a number. Therefore, for those of you who keep getting an AVS mismatch error during your card transaction, you should definitely try putting the "123" in first before you type in the "P.O.Box"

And for some of you who keep getting AVS mismatch error with your Billing Address, make sure you have the following:
1) That you are entering in the "correct" format for your billing address.
Correct Format: 12345 ABC Street #10 (emphasize the proper spacing as shown)
2) That you are entering in the correct "registered" billing address of the Credit Card issued by your bank.

Why am I being charged when my transaction does not go through? TOP

Every time you click on the "submit" button to make the card transaction, your credit card company is reserving that fund.

However, it is not being charged. ONLY the succesful transaction is being charged. This is a way for banks to minimize the risk of accepting fradulent credit card transactions that all banks have to go through.
Your held fund will be released to your account in a few days automatically by the credit card company.

Air : Orders are usually shipped one to two business day(s) after processing. Orders received outside business hours/days are processed on the following business day. 48 Hours Delivery Service
48 hour delivery & express service shipping can't be cancelled once the order has been placed.

2. 48 Hour Delivery Service is limited to orders from the following manufacturers:

3. Product must be available and instock for shipping. We can not guarantee 48 hour shipping for any item on backorder or discontinued by the manufacturer.
4. We guarantee only that, provided the first 3 conditions have been met, your order will be ready for UPS pickup service within 24 hours of order being placed. We do not make guarantees for UPS delivery within 24 hours of pickup.
5. 48 Hour Delivery Service is not available to customers outside of the continental U.S.
6. 48 Hour Delivery Service can not guarantee due to possible natural or handmade disaster (ex. earthquake, flooding, terrorism,snowing)

Saturday Day Air : Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 12 noon PST on the Wednesday before the Saturday to be delivered. Orders placed after this time during the business week can not be guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday.
